Jessica Tyler first performed the National Anthems (American and Canadian) at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto when she was 12yrs old becoming the youngest person ever to do so.
Since then she's been invited back numerous times over the past two years.
AJAX GIRL BELTS OUT AMERICAN AND CANADIAN NATIONAL
ANTHEMS TO CROWD OF 19,000 PLUS .
Jessica Tyler of Ajax beat the odds as she was the youngest singer ever to perform the American and Canadian National Anthems at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto.Staff at the Air Canada Centre were shocked when 12 year-old Jessica Tyler went by them and onto the the floor in front of thousands of screaming fans. All eyes turned to her as the lights in the building dropped down to a single spotlight on her at the centre of the court. "Walking out there I was a little nervous," she says. "But when I started singing, I had fun". Still, she got goosebumps, she said, when she heard her name announced as the singer.
When the spotlight closed in on her alone, the experience started to feel totally real."You couldn't see faces, but you could still see people," she said. "I was looking around,but I kept looking at the flags."
Afterwards, she received thunderous applause, and then praise off the court."People on the elevator, at concessions, just walking by, all recognized me and were telling me I did a great job, and if I had a CD out" she said. Her family: mom, both older and younger sisters, grandma and grandpa, were on hand for her performance, and her dad summed up his impression, "She soared," he said simply.
I performed the American and Canadian National Anthems at the Home Opener of the Toronto Rock Lacrosse Team at ACC in front of 18,000 plus.

Jessica Tyler's singing and songwriting are getting her attention with Major Record Labels in NYC and LA.
This of course is complimented by an already thriving acting career.

Franny’s Feet Walks to Germany Kids in Germany will be introduced to DECODE Ent.’s popular animated children’s series Franny’s Feet through a pay TV rights deal with The Disney Channel in that country. In Asia Pacific, Cartoon Network Korea has picked up all 78 11-minute episodes, while Cartoon Network Taiwan is renewing all episodes of the educational show about a young girl whose magical shoes can take here anywhere.
Franny’s Feet has Franny putting on a new pair of shoes each episode in order to travel around the world and through time to meet interesting people and learn about their way of life. The show is now in its second season and has been a ratings success on PBS in the U.S. and on major international channels including ABC Australia, France 5, Cartoon Network in Japan and Taiwan, Italy’s Rai, TV2 Denmark and TV12 Singapore.
DECODE has secured more than 80 television broadcast and home video agreements for the series, making it available in more than 150 countries.
PLAYSKOOL, a division of Hasbro Inc., has been granted the worldwide master toy and game license for Franny’s Feet, and will release a line of dolls, accessories, role play items, games and puzzles in 2008. In addition, Penguin Group and Simon & Schuster have come on board as publishing partners and will release lines of story and activity books in 2008.

"Project Dad" Herself (1 episode, 2008)CMT / Kevin J. Fox. Jessica wrote a letter to "Project Dad" on behalf of her dad. Her letter won the North American Contest and her Dad was flown to LA to spend the day living the life of a hollywood star. The day included meeting and hanging out with Billy Ray and Miley Cyrus. Guest Roles On Degrassi include Movie director Kevin Smith who has been a fan of the Degrassi series from the early 1990s, when he worked at a convenience store in Leonardo, New Jersey. Actor Jason Mewes was his co-worker at the time and also became a fan. Every Sunday morning at work, Smith and Mewes watched episodes of Degrassi Junior High and Degrassi High on PBS. Smith enjoyed the earlier series and has acknowledged an infatuation with Stacie Mistysyn. He paid homage to Degrassi by making reference to it in several of his films.
For example, he named a Clerks character Caitlin Bree after Mistysin's Degrassi character, Caitlin Ryan, wrote Shannen Doherty's character Rene wearing a Degrassi jacket throughout his Mallrats film,[and had Jason Lee's character in Chasing Amy specifically mention Degrassi Junior High as a TV show he wants to watch, rather than going out.
